Thread Plug Immersion Heater
A screw plug immersion heater is a compact and efficient variant of the immersion heater where the mounting flange is replaced by a threaded plug. The hexagonal threaded head has one or more tubular heat sources and screws into the side of the tank, container or processing line using a standard external thread coupling. Heater Dekho Thread Plug Heaters are used to heat liquid within small tanks/containers and are supplied in single phase or three phase power devices. They can be installed in either a horizontal or vertical configuration and can be supplied with a thermowell for temperature sensing or thermostat control.
