Key Construction & Features
- High-Temperature Leads: Flexible lead wires rated for operating temperatures up to 550°C.
- High-Impact Ceramic Cap: Retards contamination, withstands high vibration, and prevents wire fraying.
- Nickel-Chromium Resistance Wire: Evenly wound for maximum heater life and uniform heat distribution.
- Compacted MgO Insulation: High-purity magnesium oxide fill selected for maximum dielectric strength and thermal conductivity.
- Corrosion Resistant Sheath: Heavy-duty Stainless Steel or Inconel sheath for oxidation protection.
- TIG-Welded End Disc: Provides a secure seal to prevent moisture absorption and internal contamination.
